Get Back to School Community Parade coming August 2012!!
The Back to School Community Parade is a FREE event that promotes a spirit
of community pride while fostering an appreciation and awareness of our
diverse ethnic backgrounds. Through the Back to School Community Parade we will seek to do the following:
• Promote community, and civic involvement
• Provide another avenue for businesses to showcase to the community
• Provide a venue for local schools, volunteer/civic organizations, churches and business associations to showcase their heritage
• Bring the community together through a safe, fun, family oriented event
• Students who attend the parade will also receive much needed school supplies!!
